Supermodel Lara Stone on Wednesday announced she is taking legal action after alleging that unauthorised photographs appeared in cheap ugg cardy bootsFrench Playboy.
The Dutch model, who is married to British comedian David Walliams, said the magazine had "no right" to publish the pictures in June.
She has instructed lawyers True Religion Markt Schillings to commence proceedings in Paris against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus.
Stone said: "Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs. It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in.
"I feel I have no option but to take Buy Tiffany steps to protect my reputation."
